Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (Standard Products)
For standard, non-customized products (such as aglets), customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with European consumer law.
To exercise this right, you must inform us by email within the withdrawal period.
Once your return has been approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.
2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Custom-Cut Fabrics)
Our fabrics are cut to order per meter according to the customer’s request. These products are considered custom-made goods and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
As a result, returns or refunds are not accepted for fabrics cut to size.
3. Returns Conditions (Standard Products Only)
To be eligible for a return (where applicable), the following conditions apply:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned items show signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
If an order is cancelled after confirmation but before shipping, a 10% administrative fee may be deducted to cover handling and processing costs.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
7. Important Notes
- Colour variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and natural fibre characteristics.
- Such variations do not qualify as defects for standard products.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper use and handling of fabrics and materials.
